     So here is the list of things you need to adopt in your day-to-day regimen:

  1. Water intake:

Make sure you drink 10-12 glasses of water in a day. A well-hydrated body is a well functioning body. It helps to chuck all the toxins out of your system.

  1. Eat fresh fruits and green veggies:

Eat at least one seasonal fruit daily (unless advised against consumption for medical reasons). Also, add green veggies in all your meals. Nutrition brings strength and wellness to your body.

  1. Exercise:

Include 30 minutes of exercise at least five times a week. You can go for any of your favourite kind of exercise like cardio, swimming, Zumba, Pilates etc.

It will boost your wellness quotient by boosting the oxygen levels in your bloodstream and toning up your muscles.

Stand in front of the mirror and tell yourself – “You are beautiful!”  thrice a day.

  1. Squat it up:

Do 20-30 squats a day. It will tone up your muscles and give you the strength to go around with great ease.

Make sure you warm up your body for 5-10 minutes before doing squats. It will prevent any strain on your muscles.

  1. Weekly oil massage:

Give your body a weekly oil massage to give it the pampering it deserves. It will thank you years later for keeping your joints well lubricated. It will also rejuvenate your system for the hectic week ahead.

  1. Face mask:

Apply a homemade or any herbal face mask twice a week. Choose the mask according to your skin type. A radiant skin will fetch you compliments from all and sundry!

Include healthy fats in your diet to get the vital nutrients for your body. Seeds, nuts, dry fruits, are a good and organic source of nutrition.

Give up on white sugar and white flour from your diet. Once these two are out of your kitchen, your body will start to depend on natural sugar sources and automatically become much healthier than before.

  1. Green tea:

Sip 2 cups of green tea daily. It comes in all kinds of flavours. Go find the ones you like and enjoy your cuppa green cup.

  1. Nature walk:
